As Head of Creative my primary goals revolve around elevating our brand's image, fostering creativity, and driving impactful marketing initiatives. My role aims to develop and execute a robust brand strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity and leading and inspiring a team to produce high-quality content across various channels, fostering engagement with our target audience. Our campaign management and cross-functional collaboration have become essential to positively influencing market perception and ensuring Observe.AI remains competitive and relevant. Additionally, partnering with my Demand Generation team to make data-driven decisions that improve creative deliverables and their performance.

After an experimental year throughout all of 2023, our team has learned a lot about what is working and what is not working for our brand. 2024 will be about reshaping our brands positioning and visual language—which will be inclusive of a full brand refresh. Our goal is to bring more consistency to the OAI brand at every touchpoint, improve our reputation and position ourselves as the industry leader in contact center conversation intelligence.
